Application Process

Mentees

1. Submit an Interest Form:
   Complete the mentee interest form [here]. We’ll review your submission and get back to you as soon as possible.
2. Orientation & Agreement:
   If selected, you’ll be asked to sign the Mentee Expectations Agreement and attend a virtual Mentor Relations 101 session before being matched with a mentor.
3. Mentor Matching:
   After completing the required onboarding activities, you’ll be paired with a mentor whose background and interests align closely with your goals. While we strive to match mentees with mentors in their first-choice field, matches depend on mentor availability.
4. Ongoing Engagement:
   Throughout the year, mentees are expected to participate in mentorship programming and workshops designed to enhance professional and personal development.

Mentors

1. Submit an Interest Form:
   Complete the mentor interest form [here].
2. Agreement & Commitment:
   Upon selection, mentors will be asked to sign a Mentor Expectations Agreement outlining mentorship responsibilities and commitment. Mentors are required at minimum to meet with mentees at least once a month for an hour. Mentors are welcome to commit more time depending on their schedule or the mentees needs.
3. Matching Process:
   When a suitable mentee is identified, we’ll connect you with them via email and you both will schedule meeting times. At the time of connection, we would have provided guidance to the mentee on establishing a successful mentorship relationship.
