What is the AIM Mentorship Program?

The AIM Mentorship Program connects undergraduate students from underrepresented backgrounds with mentors across healthcare fields to provide guidance, professional development, and community.

Who is the program designed for?

The program is open to undergraduate students and graduated students in their gap year interested in healthcare careers, including but not limited to medicine, nursing, public health, research, and allied health professions.

Is this program only for pre-med students?

No. While many participants are interested in medicine, the program intentionally supports students pursuing a wide range of healthcare-related careers.

How much time should I expect to commit?

Participants should expect to dedicate a few hours per month for meetings, workshops, and program activities.
