Why they became a mentor: I constantly spent a lot of time trying to find answers, which can be overwhelming and frustrating. Because of that, I have always shared what I learned with others, hoping they wouldn’t have to do what I had to. I enjoyed sharing my knowledge or helping others find their way. Being able to share experiences and knowledge and even learn from each other.
