Why they became a mentor: “I want to be a mentor because I recognize the value of guidance and support in shaping a successful career. Reflecting on my own journey, I often think that having mentorship earlier on could have accelerated my growth and achievements. Now, I see mentoring as an opportunity to give back by providing others with the insights, encouragement, and tools they need to thrive. It’s incredibly fulfilling to help others unlock their potential and contribute to the positive change I wish to see in the field.”
